As a CVS Health colleague, you'll be at the center of it all!The Strategy Implementation Office is responsible for managing a comprehensive set of enterprise priorities critical to becoming the country’s most consumer-centered health care company. Working closely with our core businesses, we work to ensure that enterprise investments and priorities are tied to unmet consumer needs in the marketplace. We also guide implementation of high-priority strategic initiatives, ensuring financial, strategic, and executional discipline required to meet our enterprise objectives for growth. This is a unique role which will involve complex, cross-functional stakeholder management and significant exposure to executive leadership. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in corporate strategy, investment banking, or management consulting with a demonstrated ability to clearly communicate and execute innovative, impactful initiatives.Reporting to Senior Vice President of Strategy Implementation Officer, the Senior Director, Strategy Implementation will have the following responsibilities:• Play a key role in developing strategy and objectives for high priority enterprise initiatives. • Support the development of material and strategic enterprise partnerships with internal and external partners while working closely with the Strategy, Business Development, and M&A teams. • Leads team identifying, evaluating, negotiating and executing large size/scope transactions involving the purchase, sale or combination of businesses. • Apply extensive industry, market and product knowledge to drive revenue production and business growth.• Develop and manage effective internal working relationships across stakeholders and senior leaders• Manages, coaches, mentors and holds team accountableYou should have superb communication skills, both written and oral, along with a strong comfort level presenting to senior executives.Our Perks• Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance• 401k• PTO and family leave• Employee discountsThis role can be fully remote, location flexible. Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience to include healthcare organization supporting corporate and/or strategy consulting• 3+ years’ experience in leading teams• Strong cross-functional collaboration/leadership skills with expertise in development or project management• 5+ years; demonstrated experience driving initiatives across many functions within a large, matrixed organization

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
