  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales & new business development in industrial/technical /global markets - Highly Desirable

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Chemistry or Equivalent

  • Master's Degree MBA or Equivalent - Preferred

  • Technical understanding of the Automotive Aftermarket arena and their product range applications - Required

  • Digital tools related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Office (Excel & Powerpoint). Additionally, the ability to engage with marketing for the expansion of the digital tools to increase the reach to the wider customer base - Required

  • Knowledge of customers, markets, technologies, and applications related to Automotive Aftermarket, Marine, Aerospace, Trains, Wood, GRP, and other related ‘polishing’ applications - Highly Desirable

  • Must demonstrate the ability to travel globally, however most will be linked to North America initially. (40-50% Travel Required)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead all aspects of the sales and business development for Farecla and the communication of this for material sales growth.

  • Must possess very strong influencing and communication skills. Must demonstrate the ability to convince and influence others in a poised and professional manner.

  • Must possess very strong problem-solving skills. Must demonstrate the ability to solve problems in dynamic environments.

  • Applicants who do not hold a Bachelor's Degree, but posses 5-7 Years of Experience in Sales & New Business Development in industrial/technical/global markets are welcomed to apply!

New business development:

  • Support in the identification, development, and definition of profitable business relationships in new and existing markets by leveraging Farecla’ s product portfolio & competencies.

  • Devise & implement strategy and screening criteria for new business opportunities.

  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts in alignment with business operations.

  • Develop strong relationships at target accounts, differentiate through value and solutions-selling, disciplined process.

  • End user focus through the capability to provide product demonstrations is a key emphasis to drive growth via customer pull through.

  • Develop and articulate a business plan to move these new applications from a concept stage to commercialization.

  • Use the multiple digital communication platforms to drive sales growth for the targeted end markets

Manage the ongoing relationship of key accounts:

  • Develop and nourish sound working relationships that extend through the business organization.

  • Determine needs of current & new products and relay pertinent information to appropriate contact points in the technical community and R&D team.

  • Support Marketing in the quotation development process. Negotiate price and terms to close on opportunities at acceptable margins. Follow-up on open quotations

  • Manage any issues related to product quality, payment, or credit terms.

  • Lead contract/pricing negotiations with support from Marketing and upper Management

Support internal business processes:

  • Support yearly budget and quarterly re-forecast preparation.

  • Collect, analyze, and transmit market intelligence regarding customers, market evolution, competitors, and technology trends to guide the direction of the new product development pipeline. This to include an active participation in product development testing where appropriate, to enhance the success of any new portfolio opportunities.

  • Identify potential acquisition & partnership targets to support market & business plans.
