Seven Hills Foundation Marketing Specialist in Worcester, Massachusetts

Marketing, research, writing, public relations and public speaking. This full time position will expand the marketing of Massachusetts Care Coordination Network with a goal of building relationships with collaterals and ensuring sustainability of the program. The marketing specialist will manage MCCN’s outward facing presence online. This person will also analyze business performance via market and consumer data, and develop strategies for improvement. The Marketing Specialist will drive all internal and external marketing messages, working closely with Vice President of Advancement, MCCN Director, Governing Body and Director of Communications.

  • Under the supervision of the MCCN Director and input from the MCCN Governing Body, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of assigned marketing strategies with the goal of growing a strong brand identity, increase enrollments in MCCN LTSS Community Partnership and creating long-term competitive advantage.

  • Identify, develop and maintain marketing strategies for MCCN for specific client demographics.

  • Present goals and strengths of MCCN to collateral groups and stakeholders.

  • Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers, Accountable Care (ACO) & Managed Care (MCO) organizations across the state, to promote branding platform of MCCN.

  • Work with MCCN Consumer Advisory Board (CAB) and Local Consumer Advisory Boards to ensure consistency with marketing objectives.

  • Develop marketing strategies embedding”integrated comprehensive care coordination” in marketing strategy.

  • Obtain and analyze competitive information, communicate competitive advantages and threats and create tools to meet those threats.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Work with MCCN Governing Body, Operations Committee to ensure marketing strategies are fully implemented and successful.

  • Insures completed assignments meet deadlines and achieve departmental and organizational standards.

  • Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or identified.

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with marketing responsibilities.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated, successful oral and written communication skills.

  • English fluency required.

  • Bilingual ability preferred.

  • Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation required.

  • Proven Advanced PC Skills with extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications.

Understanding of LTSS services a plus

  • Must be able to drive.

  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs
