WSP has an immediate need for a Marketing Coordinator II . The position could potentially work in New York or any WSP Offices within the Northeast .

The ideal candidate will have experience in the AEC industry. This position under close supervision, assists other marketing professionals and manager in coordinating all aspects of preparing proposals, qualifications, and presentations. Assists with managing marketing systems and budgets, maintaining all marketing collateral, and supports communications initiatives.

Your Impact

  • Supports the overall production of standard proposals/qualification and other marketing materials with general

  • supervision

  • Researches, gathers and edits proposal materials, including writing, verifying, and formatting proposal information.

  • Ensures the various aspects of proposals and other marketing materials are compliant, accurate and delivered in a timely manner

  • Coordinates design and production of proposal materials with graphics staff

  • Supports technical staff in presentation phase of pursuit

  • May support client engagement by preparing materials for internal and external meetings and may participate in

  • client engagement team meetings

  • May coordinate district communications activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for newsletters, and coordinating project awards and other special communications-related projects

  • Other duties as assigned

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploama with 5+ year of experinece marketing in the A/E/C, professional services, or related industry or bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, English, Marketing, Planning, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in marketing in the A/E/C, professional services, or related industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with emphasis on persuasive writing/editing and presentation development ability

  • Ability to produce high quality materials under deadline pressure

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (high proficiency in InDesign a plus) and Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelStrong writing, editing and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness and ability to travel

  • We are looking for energetic, motivated, and organized candidates with advanced written and verbal communication skills, and strong critical thinking

  • Simultaneously coordinate multiple assignments at various stages of development

  • We need someone who is able to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams with limited to no supervision

  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP"s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
