Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in Worcester, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the Detail Oriented Services industry, located in Worcester, Massachusetts, United States. The selected candidate will be an integral part of our team, carrying out a variety of duties including customer service, administrative assistance, and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

• Handle phone and email correspondence, answering inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Welcome and greet customers, providing exceptional customer service at all times

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to organize files and manage data

• Perform concierge services, including checking guests into their rooms, ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience

• Keep the front desk and reception area organized, maintaining a detail oriented and clean environment

• Use interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members

• Utilize a multi-line phone system, directing calls as necessary and taking messages when required. Requirements • Possess strong skills in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, filing, and coordinating meetings

• Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System, ensuring effective communication and prompt response

• Experience or willingness to learn Concierge Services to enhance customer experience

• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints professionally and effectively

• Proficiency in Data Entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, schedules, and contacts

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents
