General Summary:We are seeking individuals with the experience, capabilities and interest to direct digital transformation initiatives. They will serve in strategic roles, working to define strategy and develop roadmaps to evolve our existing offerings. The incumbents will have the opportunity to significantly impact the organizations future User Experience. The roles requires effective communication with executives, clients, internal users, technology teams and vendors.

  • Develop business cases that drive the digital experience strategy, support new direction or, justify investment in new technology.

  • Contribute to the product strategy, user experience, design and development for cross-organizational strategic digital initiatives.

  • Identify and structure appropriate working groups to incorporate new technologies into existing, consolidated or new offerings.

  • Plan, structure, and execute diverse projects with cross-functional teams.

  • Work with delivery teams to ensure execution on timelines and in alignment with strategy.
