Replimune, Inc. Senior Director, Program Manager in Woburn, Massachusetts

The Senior/Executive Director of Program Management will in partnership with the Core Strategy Team Lead provide leadership and support to the company’s programs and will be responsible for developing, communicating, and tracking timelines; identifying project risks and issue resolution; monitoring of project goals in accordance with appropriate functional groups and corporate objectives; assisting in the development of R&D project budgets and forecasts in coordination with the Finance group and appropriate cross functional team members

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Core Strategy Team Lead and team/sub-teams to shape the Program strategy, goals and plans and ensure tight alignment with the corporate goals and strategy

  • Lead development and drive execution of program work plans/timelines and integrated activity plans with milestones/goals, key events, risks/assumptions and scenarios, as appropriate.

  • Drive coordination of cross-functional activities and promotion of effective communications (e.g., Team meetings, program updates)

  • In partnership with the Core Strategy Lead, ensure timely and substantive updates on program progress through agreed timing of executive updates and at Portfolio Review Committee Meetings

  • Ensure consistent project management practices throughout all phases of the project life cycle

  • Coordinate and participate in team and sub-team meetings, including the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and minutes where appropriate

  • Track project progress with respect to agreed scheduled milestones and activity both internally and externally when applicable

  • Partner with the team in the identification of risks and issues and timely resolution, including those related to timing, resources, and funding to prevent delays in project milestones

  • Apply best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing of projects

Other responsibilities

  • Active participant in the Portfolio Strategy and Program Management Team

  • Assist with governance meetings when appropriate

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in life sciences

Experience and skill requirement:

  • 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of drug development project/program management experience

  • Experience with project planning and timeline development and working with multi-disciplinary functions involved in the drug development process

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with managing and communicating with external partners and collaborators with demonstrated collaborative ability

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Smartsheet or MS Project experience

  • PMP certification is a plus

*Please note: Candidates must be local or open to relocating as remote is not an option for some roles. Local candidates are expected to be on-site 2 days per week. Non-local candidates open to 10-25% travel to Woburn office
