Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated individual to increase Division sales and profits through development of product strategies. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical & market expertise to internal and external customers regarding all products and processes for our Molded Products portfolio to facilitate North America incremental growth for the Chomerics division of Parker Hannifin Corporation.

Essential Functions • Responsible for maintaining knowledge of competitive factors within the marketspace to ensure both an effective defend strategy for existing business, as well as a growth strategy for future business • Make recommendations and conduct evaluations for new product development opportunities • Responsible for the management of the commercial roadmap. • Participate in or lead new product development teams as part of the product development process • Responsible for cultivating new to world products and processes that align with Business Unit commercial and technology roadmaps utilizing methodologies such as project management, six sigma, Blueprinter, etc. • Participate on the Division Product Line Management high performance team (HPT) • Participate on the Division Market Segmentation HPT • Develop and present product training to field sales, customers and end users. • Support field sales with product and application information • Conduct periodic market evaluations • Conduct competitive and SWOT analysis of product lines • Assist the Applications Engineering Group in fielding technical inquiries • Maintain alignment between different global regions as it pertains to the molded product offerings • Attend sales conferences and trade shows as required • Assist in preparation and execution of advertising and promotional programs • Coordinate development of literature and technical bulletins that will assist the field in selling our products. • Facilitate exchange of product line information between engineering, quality, operations and field sales • Provide guidance for strategic pricing of products as well as other aspects of tactical marketing • Identify opportunities for and drive product cost reductions • Monitor/influence activities for continuous improvements in productivity and product quality • Work with Business Unit Manager to contribute to the P/L, S&OP process and Top 20 accounts. • Support additional projects as assigned to address operational issues such as Quality, Lean and Inventory. • Travel required 25-50% • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications • Four-year degree, preferably in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Business discipline with related experience • Three to five years’ experience in engineering or field sales in a related industry • Technical Applications and Market Segmentation knowledge for EMI products is desired. • Strong knowledge of Mil/Aero Market and government contract procurement practices is desired. • Stage-gate product development experience (concept, feasibility, development, qualification, launch) • Strong computer skills (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office Applications) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Strong analytical skills • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving / resolution skills and a team focus. • Must be a US Citizen or have US Permanent Resident Status.
