Pace Analytical Services, Inc. Marketing and Inside Sales Coordinator in Woburn, Massachusetts

The Marketing and Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting Pace corporate marketing activities including, but not limited to, coordination of webinars, management of technical data sheets, execution of email marketing campaigns, and assisting with coordination of trade shows/technical meetings. The Marketing and Inside Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for building and maintaining the target market customer database within Salesforce CRM for Wolfe Laboratories (WL), a subsidiary of Pace Analytical Life Sciences (PLS). With support from technical management, this individual will be responsible for identifying clients and contacts within WLs target markets, and coordinating outreach activities to increase market awareness of WL and PLS.

  • Assist and collaborate with marketing division and corporate staff in the creation of integrated marketing campaigns, including Web presence, materials for target customers, and participation in trade shows/events.

  • Support to increase WLs market awareness in reaching through SFD contacts, according to the established marketing plan. Tasks include email blasts, delivery of Technical Data Sheets (TDS), delivery of capabilities literature, trade shows and webinars, and other channels, as appropriate.

  • Manage and expand the clients and contacts database dashboard within Salesforce CRM

  • Actively identify and prospect for new clients / opportunities within WLs target markets and add them to the Sales Force database (SFD) – a specific goal will be established for the number of new contacts added to the SFD per month.

  • Ensure existing contacts within the Salesforce CRM are “clean”, accurate, and representative of the industry and interest segmentations.

  • Report established sales metrics to Sales and Operation’s Management on a weekly basis including, but not limited to, number of new prospects added to the Salesforce CRM, number of “contacts” (e.g. email outreach), number of technical meetings, number of CDAs/MSAs, number of new opportunities (proposals), wins/lose analysis among others.

  • Provide support for industry trade shows/technical meetings, networking events, regional conferences and other related business meetings, as appropriate.

  • Other duties may be assigned as appropriate.

  • Entry-level candidates must have a BA/BS degree, preferably with a marketing concentration.

  • Local to or willing to relocate to the Boston, MA area
