American Tower Landlord Relations Coordinator in Woburn, Massachusetts

The Team

We are seeking a Landlord Relations Coordinator to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower division’s Land Management Team. The Land Management team interacts with landlords, resolving issues and answering questions posed by them and by employees in various internal departments. Day to day you will assist with administering the Landlord Relations team’s daily functions. You will focus on case assignments and the team’s incoming mail. As a Landlord Relations Coordinator you will triage the incoming work queue and maintain the case assignment tracker. You will receive, open, and disburse large amounts of mail and respond to non-tower-related inquiries.

What You Can Offer Us

  • Answer within 24 hours all landlord inquiries while providing high-quality customer service.

  • Receive, log, sort, redirect, and respond within 24 hours to all communications ( e.g ., fax, e-mail, mail).

  • Sort, identify, and scan into Salesforce all incoming mail; maintain the team’s case assignment tracker.

  • Scan and upload into the appropriate locations various documents including leases, amendments, renewal notices, landlord notification letters, vendor changes, and other documents.

  • Light phone responsibilities as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred .

  • Administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment strongly preferred.

  • Excel, Oracle, and Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Self-motivated; able to work independently to complete tasks and respond to landlord and department requests and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions with the appropriate urgency.

  • Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively both on the phone and in writing.

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a very fast-paced environment .
