Director-IC & Product Development
Job Description:
Diversified Analog Solutions (DAS) business unit is seeking a seasoned product development lead for our infrastructure products. The candidate will lead a team of designers, to take projects from initial definition, through design implementation cycles, and launch the projects to mass production. The candidate will work closely with different functions within and outside of the business unit.
As a team lead, the candidate will manage and mentor the designers on their daily work. The candidate will be responsible to guide the balance between creativity and design risk management. The candidate will also work closely with the advance technology team to plan out the technology roadmap.
The position can be on-site in any of our major locations: Woburn, Andover, Ottawa, Irvine, and San Jose
Requirements:
Hands on design experience in varies infrastructure products
Linear and non-linear mid and high power PAs
High isolation and high linearity RF switches
TDD and FDD LNA
BAW filters
Indepth IC design experience in GaAs, SiGe, SOI, pHEMT, and GaN in Cadence and/or Keysight ADS
Expertise with at least one major EM tool for full IC + module level simulation
High power packaging knowledge is necessary
Strong understanding of product realization process and design flow
Knowledge of digital communication system and 3GPP standard is a plus
Good communication and management skills
Min MSEE + 15 years of experience

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $163,800 - $324,900 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
