TraceLink, Inc. Product Marketing Director in Wilmington, Massachusetts
TraceLink is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Director of Product Marketing to drive expansion of our industry-leading Track and Trace / Process Intelligence solutions. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing, this role is targeted for our Wilmington, MA headquarters but could be remote.
TraceLink, the global leader in product serialization and track and trace compliance, is growing rapidly and launching new solutions on a new multi-enterprise network platform that will power supply chain digital transformation. Our solutions will help our customers re-engineer their supply chain processes including issue management, planning, inventory management, forecasting, payments, and new product introduction to drive dramatic improvements in business performance.
Working with Business Management, Sales and the Marketing team to develop sales enablement materials for the Track and Trace product portfolio – including pitch decks, sale alerts, FAQs, playbooks, solution briefs, eBooks, and more – to ensure our sales team is trained and ready for customer meetings.
Support new product launches with market penetration strategy and sales enablement materials including pitch decks, sale alerts, FAQs, playbooks, solution briefs, and more.
Work with the Campaign and Demand Generation Manager and Content team to design breakthrough marketing campaigns to help our customers leverage the power of their serialization investment.
Manage your product pages on tracelink.com - ensuring they are reflecting the most recent content, events, and details.
Track global compliance requirements and drive thought leadership
Track key competitors and create/maintaining competitive battlecards and resources. Stay on top of emerging trends that will make you an effective teacher and trustworthy industry expert.
Networking with peers and staying abreast of the latest marketing advances: You’ll be a constant source of new ideas and new technologies that we can leverage to drive continuous improvement in our demand generation and selling efforts.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B software product marketing, with deep understanding of SaaS sales and sales cycles, and the latest product marketing strategies, techniques, and technologies
Experience in the life sciences / pharmaceuticals / healthcare supply chain is preferred
Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience building and communicating plans and strategies to the sales team and SDRs
Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills
Agile and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
