What You Will Be Doing:
Developing video-based content for Field Maintenance and Operations Training teams.
Working with 5-8 customer sites to ensure training content is world class.
Producing interactive online learning content using graphic design, interactive demos, video design, quizzes and more.
Supporting the development and delivery of virtual learning experiences, including promoting, administering, measuring and refining content and courses.
Suggest improvements to training events, programs, and materials to improve effectiveness and meet evolving training needs of the business.
Working with stakeholders across the company to bolster companywide learning.
Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud
A Trainer’s mindset- The person should have experience training people
Willingness to learn and develop.
Minimum 1 year of experience in video production.
Knowledge of how to develop online content for training purposes.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent computer skills.
