We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist for our Marketing department at our Wilmington site.

Coordinate a variety of marketing communication programs and provide general marketing support for an assigned business segment. Responsible for marketing collateral development, trade show coordination, sales support, and other related functions.

The core responsibilities of the job will be to:

  • Work collaboratively with global marketing team to develop and produce corporate and site-specific marketing collateral representative of services offered globally within an assigned business segment.

  • Research and analyze general and industry-specific market environment; identify market segments with most growth or development potential.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of tactical marketing plans to support and achieve business goals and objectives.

  • Assist in the development of short and long range operating objectives and achieve these objectives.

  • Coordinate marketing activities for an assigned business segment to ensure high level of responsiveness to customers and the business development organization.

  • Organize and manage trade show duties and representation for an assigned business segment and/or site on a global basis.

  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements include:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in marketing, business or related discipline.

  • Experience: 2 - 4 years related experience in marketing or customer service.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

  • Sales and international experience desired.


  • Must regularly operate a computer and occasionally operate other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

  • Must regularly communicate with employees/customers; must be able to exchange accurate information verbally (in person and on the phone) and in writing.

  • Must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.


  • General office working conditions.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.


  • This position requires occasional domestic and occasional international travel.
