Job Summary

TheMarketing Specialistwill assist a variety of marketing communication programs and provide general marketing support for the therapeutic areas of Discovery business segments. Responsible for digital marketing content development, marketing programs, event coordination and other related functions.

Position will be remote.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the implementation of strategic and tactical marketing campaigns under the supervision of the strategic marketing teams. Work collaboratively with the marketing operations team to collect information to measure ROI for reporting and to ensure future refinement.

• Work collaboratively with the global Discovery marketing team and scientific network to maintain content to assure accuracy and accessibility.

• Apply innovative digital marketing tools that support a successful buyer's journey and sales organization responsiveness. Put into practice effective key learnings.

• Help develop event plans, achieve deadlines and budget, assist in the organization of trade show duties and representation for global Discovery marketing.

• Through business analytics, help research and understand the market dynamics and market potential in assigned areas.

• Own assigned web-based content residing on criver.com including the development of programs and initiatives to increase traffic to the site and support strategic marketing goals.

• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in marketing, business or related discipline.

• Experience: 3-5 years related experience in marketing or customer services.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

• Certification/Licensure: None.

• Other: Sales and international experience desired.
