The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Sales Organization serves as a strategic consultant to sales leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and talent development. This role requires a deep understanding of sales dynamics, workforce planning, and performance management in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The HRBP collaborates closely with HR shared services and centers of excellence to provide tailored solutions that empower the salesforce.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth, sales performance, and employee engagement.

  • Provide data-driven insights and workforce analytics to optimize sales talent planning, productivity, and retention.

  • Align HR initiatives with revenue goals, territory planning, and market expansion strategies.

Talent Management & Development:

  • Support sales talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning to build a high-performing sales team.

  • Drive leadership development initiatives and coaching programs for sales managers.

  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate on targeted training programs to enhance sales effectiveness.

Performance & Employee Relations:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales managers on performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

  • Foster a high-performance culture by supporting sales incentive programs and recognition initiatives.

Workforce Planning & Organizational Development:

  • Provide insights on organizational design, team structure, and workforce optimization for sales teams.

  • Monitor salesforce engagement and retention, implementing strategies to enhance motivation and reduce turnover.

  • Lead change management efforts to drive business transformations within the sales function.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.

  • 6 years’ experience in Human Resources

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies, quotas, and revenue objectives.

  • Experience with workforce planning, and incentive structures for sales roles.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
