Description
The Website Strategy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the public website activities and strategic roadmap for Citizens public website. This positon will play an integral role in building out the roadmap for a portfolio of products and non-products for Citizens public Website.
The Website Strategy Manger will collaborate directly with members of the Digital Sales team and business stakeholders to deliver best in class website solutions. In addition, this role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the public website and driving potential customers through the Awareness, Interest, Decision, and Action (AIDA) model. This role requires an agile mindset and the ability to foster a dynamic, entrepreneurial, passionate environment. This role will be focused on continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities and what’s next.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the roadmap for your portfolio of products and non-products
Partner with digital sales and channel leads to deliver optimal experience on dotcom for the other consumer lending products
Deliver client experiences that are consistent across the public site
Gather requirements to produce digital solutions
Focus on the end-to-end experience
Manage product roadmaps that include modernization
Support site health practices
Communicate regularly with marketing partners and provide update to senior leaders
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years in digital marketing or website management roles
Experience with content management practices – planning, execution, rapid publishing, testing/QA, and reporting
Experience working with OpenText TeamSite, Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS platforms
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience working in JIRA software a plus
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Creative, analytical and with a strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
Ability to take initiative and work on competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Ability to work well independently and in an Agile based team environment
