Citizens Bank Senior Marketing Partner in Westwood, Massachusetts
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and collaborative individual to join the Retail Branch Marketing team. As a key member of the Brand team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the digital signage channel strategy for our physical branch network. This will include working closely with internal partners and agencies to guide, develop and execute on content mix, creative design, distribution, segmentation, targeting and measurement.
Primary responsibilities include:
Develop and execute an integrated digital signage channel strategy.
Partner with agencies and vendors to develop messaging, creative executions, tactics and campaigns and that support the delivery of performance results for multiple business lines.
Write creative briefs that will bring engaging and meaningful marketing campaigns to life.
Manage the creative process including agency kick-off, stakeholder presentations, approvals, production and distribution.
Collaborate with the Enterprise Content team to share, collaborate and leverage ideas, content and creative across channels to bring consistency to our messaging and build customer engagement. Serve as a member of the Enterprise Content Council.
Monitor trends in retail marketing and digital signage; regularly identify opportunities to introduce innovative solutions and enhancements to our program.
Collaborate with, engage and influence colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Monitor and measure playlist performance and customer engagement through test-and-learn creative and using a variety of research tools.
Manage vendor contracts, monitor service level agreements, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Research, understand, test and implement new interactive digital experiences for customers, colleagues and the community.
6-10 years of related digital marketing, digital signage and/or agency experience required
Digital creative experience required
Print creative experience is a plus
Proven ability to design, build, lead and manage new technology-related programs or digital/online capabilities
Strong ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that brand, channel, product and business priorities are met
Strong analytic mind combined with desire to measure programs and achieve business results
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
Proven ability to lead and manage agency relationships
Strong project management, organizational and presentation skills
Clear and efficient verbal and written communication delivery a must
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or equivalent

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM
