Citizens Bank Interactive Media Designer in Westwood, Massachusetts
The Home Mortgage Sales Support team is charged with pushing the envelope on user experience design in the digital landscape. We are looking for someone who is passionate about envisioning experiences that push imaginative solutions to enable the bank’s clients and B2B partners to seamlessly interact and do business with us.
The Interactive Media Designer will primarily support our Home Mortgage Third-Party Origination (Wholesale and Correspondent) working alongside various other teams to build an outstanding digital experience. The ideal candidate should have an eye for design, possess superior UX/UI skills with the ability to translate user experience needs into requirements and transform them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. The position will contribute to crafting and aligning user experience across a variety of platforms and devices for Citizens Bank. This individual should have the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
This Interactive Media Designer will also support the Sales Support team in the design, implementation, and support of internal and external email marketing efforts through drip campaigns and various one-time communications. A successful candidate will be able to articulate successes of the campaigns back to the business lines and make thoughtful recommendations via trainings and presentations.
Primary responsibilities include:
Maintain strong relationships with implementation and development teams to ensure solutions meet product goals
Stand on one or more cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to drive product innovation. Make thoughtful decisions on the fly, clearing roadblocks to accomplish results.
Ensure impacted stakeholders have the appropriate level of awareness, knowledge, consensus and training of product changes and related process
Monitor performance and metrics post-launch; identify and drive improvement opportunities
Manage 3rd party vendor relationships; evaluate 3rd party vendor needs within the context of the product
Digital Marketing Strategy
Implement and execute on the email marketing strategy efforts within the HM space by designing and deploying communications to internal and external customers and colleagues
Assist the various business lines in the development, creation, launch and assessment of email marketing drip campaigns by sharing results, trends, and market strategy
Team and Process Development
Drive collaborative innovation among the organization to identify unique solutions to complex problems
Execute and enhance guidelines, policies, practices and procedures to drive improvements to internal product management processes
General Sales Support Requests
- Assist with sales meetings, trade shows and various off-site events
5-7+ years professional experience in the software/design/digital world
Recent experience in UX roles 5+ years
Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio
Excellent visual design skills with a high sensitivity to user-system interaction
Broad understanding of web/mobile UI standards, usability, and practical experience in design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Knowledge of ADA standards for UI
Strong digital design sense with focus on exporting for web
Front end web dev (HTML, CSS, JS)
CMS (Content Management System)
Agile/Scrum development methodology
Design Thinking methodology

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
LMS (Learning Management System)

Work Schedule: 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday
