Biogen Senior Manager Field Excellence – US Biosimilars in Weston, Massachusetts

_About This Role:_ The Field Excellence Lead will be responsible for designing/operationalizing key core initiative that support the BBU’s commercial sales team. This position will focus on creating/delivering systems and processes that support field excellence (people, process, tools), key account management resources and incentive compensation planning that will support multiple BBU asset launches. The Field Excellence Lead will collaborate with field sales leadership, field colleagues, and multiple cross functional partners, as well as external vendors, to ensure a best-in-class field experience. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a wide range of responsibilities, as well as the opportunity to work hand in hand with senior leadership. _What You'll Do_ Drive Field Force Excellence (30%) · Implement sales plan with head of Sales, Marketing and other senior leaders · Ensure program execution throughout field organization and monitor sales impact · Market trend reports at national/local level to improve demand planning · Support Business Review Process & Key Account Management Efforts Collaborate on Go-To-Market Design (15%) · Partner with Sales Leadership Team and external experts to develop & operationalize Go-To-Market plans for new and existing therapeutic areas (customer prioritization, territory design, call planning, etc.…) · Communicate relevant elements of GTM plans to relevant internal stakeholders including Field Operations, IT, Reporting, Training, etc.… Plan and Manage Sales Incentive Compensation Plans (30%) · Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance on the design of SIC plan, translating Business Unit objectives into local territory targets and goals · Manage external vendor on the monitoring of field performance against SIC metrics. Provides regular overviews to regional sales leaders to demonstrate appropriate performance vs pay · Assess the effectiveness of SIC metrics and proposed adjustments, when necessary, in order to drive better team performance and/or motivation * * Provide oversight for Veeva CRM (15%) · Work with external partners on the ongoing execution & maintenance of Veeva system, ensuring that intelligence is captured and analyzed on a timely basis. · Ensure Veeva CRM is aligned as a strategic tool, utilized broadly and effectively to leverage data/insights uncovering areas of opportunity and business drivers. _Qualifications_ · 5+ years of sales experience within complex buy & bill marketplace. Sales leadership experience preferred. · 1-3 Years HQ Based Commercial Experience (Marketing, and/or Training and/or Operations) · Experience with Veeva CRM systems is preferred _Education_ • Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree preferred All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
