Biogen Director, Payer Marketing, US Alzheimer's in Weston, Massachusetts
This role will lead the development, implementation and pull-through of key U.S. payer, access and reimbursement strategies to support the Alzheimer’s therapeutic area. * * What You’ll Do * Develop robust marketing strategies for payers and other channel audiences * Deliver commercial business objectives in collaboration with the U.S. brand team * Partner with Medical and Global Value & Access to shape efforts to obtain critical data for payers * Represent the market access organization on the Alzheimers’s brand and Global Value and Access leadership teams * Coach and develop the Alzheimer’s Payer and Channel Marketing team * * Who You Are A strategic leader who can craft and deliver compelling, impactful messages for payers in partnership with a broad cross-functional team. An empathetic and empowering manager-coach who will cultivate a culture of collaboration, ownership, and accountability LI-JH1 * 8+ years prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a consulting firm with role focused on payer marketing or related experience * Deep understanding of US payer landscape including payer and channel dynamics, account management, reimbursement/distribution and buy and bill specifics * Proven ability to lead/manage complex enterprise-wide strategic initiatives * Experience leading and supporting teams to deliver business results * Strong executive written and verbal communication skills *Preferred Skills * Demonstrated ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of market access strategy, opportunity, and risks. * Product launch experience with specialty/biologics drugs and accompanying diagnostics All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
