The Associate Director for ISR Business Development, reports to the Director of Business Development, ISR and Space Solutions. The position will be accountable to implement business development strategies and campaigns across the ISR segment of the business, which includes domestic and international components. This position will lead a team to accomplish all aspects of business development for the ISR organization including but not limited to campaign planning, competitive analysis and price to win activities, contact planning, market shaping and influencing, CONOPS decomposition and understanding, market requirements input into new product development and capture planning. A strong background in the business development function with multiple experiences leading competitive new business capture in domestic and international markets is required. Prior experience leading direct reports is required. Prior experience in the Airborne ISR market segment and specifically FMS opportunities is highly desired.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for yearly orders pipeline in excess of $400M and LRP pipeline in excess of $1.5B;

  • Ensures timely and accurate orders forecasting of the business segment

  • Leads a team of business development personnel to design winning new business strategies to capture highly complex competitive pursuits in domestic and international markets

  • Leads a team to identify and qualify relevant opportunities to expand the Airborne ISR market segment

  • Leads implementation of functional alignment for the ISR business

  • Acts as the Subject Matter Expert on all matters relating to business development for the ISR segment of the business

  • Provide thought leadership in competitive analysis and positioning of ISR products in the market

  • Maintains awareness of significant policy, program, budget and legislative initiatives affecting the ISR portfolio and its new business opportunities

  • Develop, mentor and coach team members

    Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience OR

  • Advance degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience is required

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Active US DoD security clearance (TS or TS/SCI preferred)
