Production Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production machines and working in a manufacturing environment. This role involves overseeing the manufacturing line, ensuring processes are followed correctly, and cross-training other employees. Responsibilities
Operate and oversee the production machine on the manufacturing line.
Teach and cross-train general production employees on proper procedures.
Rotate positions to ensure all team members are well-versed in various tasks.
Build and maintain pallets according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
Load and unload products efficiently.
Ensure all manufacturing processes are adhered to and maintain a high standard of quality.
Work collaboratively with a team of 3-4 individuals in each cell.
Essential Skills
At least 1+ year of experience as a production machine operator.
Experience in assembly line and manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in machine operation and packing.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with hand tools.
Inspection and quality control skills.
Forklift operation experience is a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
