Product Manager – healow

The healow Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing and ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support healow and eClinicalWorks overall strategy and goals.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Manage the product throughout the product life cycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product roadmap, and working closely with development.

  • Active leader in round table meetings, forum, onsite, and phone discussions with clients to gather requirements and develop the vision for improvements to our product line

  • Work with Product Management team members in defining and prioritizing our product roadmap

  • Write requirements and work closely with development to incorporate functionality into our product line

  • Perform demonstrations of developed functionality to customers

  • Act as a leader within the company based on domain experience and product focus areas

  • Develop core positioning and messaging for the product focus area

  • Lead product launch activities in conjunction departments across the company

  • Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred

  • 3 or more years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role is required

  • 5 or more years of experience in the software or health care information technology fields is preferred. Individuals with more than 5 years in a clinical setting may be considered if other experience is relevant

  • 3 years of experience with Practice Management, EHR systems in an ambulatory clinic setting

  • 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred

  • 3 years of experience working with a Telehealth product.

  • 3 years of experience with Practice Management, EHR systems in an ambulatory clinic setting.

  • 3 years of experience working with a Patient Portal or patient health app.

  • 3 years of experience working with a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) software.

  • 3 years of experience and understanding of behavioral health requirements from a clinical and administrative perspective.

Other Skills/Abilities

  • Adheres to all company policies and mandatory compliance protocols as required by eCW

  • Major in Information Systems or healthcare administration/informatics preferred; Master’s Degree preferred

  • Team player attitude

  • Organized with attention to detail

  • Excellent telephone etiquette

  • Must be customer service oriented and take ownership

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools
