Pall are looking for a Global Product Manager for Membrane Chromatography, who is responsible for the development of the product strategy, roadmap and business objectives for assigned products. This position works in conjunction with commercial leaders to define, implement, and measure growth opportunities Additionally, this position researches and plans the strategy for development of new product features and offerings This role leads Voice of Customer, product development, segmentation, branding and growth for assigned product lines. The role requires leadership and strong collaborative execution engagement in life cycle management, product plans, new product development programs, marketing, customer research, commercialisation, and support for effective the implementation of the go-to market product strategy.
Create and maintain the business portfolio plan
Provide oversight of product strategy
Involved through all stages of a product family’s lifecycle
Knowledge & Key Skills:
Demonstrated success in product launches and end-to-end execution of marketing strategies
Ability to do product demonstrations
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required; experience working in a matrix environment and managing multiple priorities and projects with dynamic timelines to execution
Experience working in a highly technical organisation interacting with scientific and technical personnel, including field sales personnel and engineers
Ability to identify new opportunities for growth and communicate these opportunities successfully, including management through to execution
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or related life sciences discipline. MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years of combined experience in practical bioprocess applications, marketing, product management or sales in the biopharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of chromatography and Bioprocessing
Market knowledge in mAb manufacturing and gene therapy market
