We are currently looking for a spring Co-Op to join our Omnichannel Marketing team in our Westborough, MA office. This program will run from January 2022 to June 2022. This is a full-time opportunity requiring 35-40 hours per week.

As a Business Management Co-Op, you will be working with our Omnichannel Team to deliver seamless customer experience and lead cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric digital products and initiatives to deliver a best in class customer experience.

You will contribute to our mission by helping your department complete key projects.

Job Duties

Potential projects for this co-op include:

  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking (Ex. lead generation dashboards, ROI, pulse survey results, etc.)

  • Understanding Salesforce (SFDC) workflows, creating documentation and conduct training to field sales teams.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to assure visibility of Omni tasks and funnel movement in SalesForce (CRM).

  • Creating product catalogue for e-commerce platform.

  • Project Management – Assist in the workflow development of the Customer Satisfaction program.

  • Drive Voice of Customer research to generate insights geared towards driving Omnichannel strategy.

  • Assist in nationwide planning and roll out of Omnichannel tactics.

A typical day for you will include:

  • Collaborating with your supervisor and team to complete role-related assignments and projects.

  • Working independently to accomplish goals.

  • Actively engaging in and adding value to meetings and discussions.

Job Requirements


* Must be enrolled in a full time undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution.

  • Must complete sophomore year before the co-op begins and graduate after the co-op ends.

  • Preferred fields of study include business, marketing, communications, or related degree.

  • Must not now or in the future require immigration-related sponsorship.

* Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e. work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).

  • Must possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.

  • Must be proficient and have practical knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Must be able to work well within a team and independently at times with limited guidance.

  • Ability to interpret and apply new information.

  • Experience with Salesforce/SFDC.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize/execute multiple concurrent tasks.

  • Strong, professional communication skills.

  • Skilled in presentation development and public speaking.

  • General curiosity and a desire to learn new material.
