As a Sales and Business Development Manager you will be responsible to develop and execute an overall sales plan. Develop and achieve sales targets, close sales deals for ‘healow Insights’ business unit. You will also engage and keep a pulse check on your assigned customers to ensure they are satisfied and are making the most from our partnership/collaboration.

Develop and execute an overall sales plan to meet set targets.
Competitive and Market analysis to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to gain profitable business.
Conduct market research and develop strategies to achieve annual sales targets
Prepare for and conduct remote and face-to-face demos for interested Customers (including sometimes cold calling).
Continuous rapport building, networking, and maintaining the client relationship.
Identify key decision makers with in the client organization and engage on further business development opportunities from current and potential customers.
Engage and keep a pulse on existing customers, to ensure they are satisfied with our partnership and make/keep them reference able.
Present new products and services and enhances to existing client for upselling and business growth.
Work with all team members within healow Insights team to meet client needs.
Represent the company at various tradeshows, conferences, or other applicable meetings
Assist in Marketing and branding of healow Insights, provide presentation, public speaking, and creating content
Cold Calling and make contacts to drive sales.
Innovate and stay abreast of industry trends, market drivers and competitive analysis.
Up to 75% Travel involved (may involve weekend travel)
3 years of experience in Healthcare Industry (Health Plan experience is a big plus)
2 years Professional demeanor with an outgoing personality who can easily build business relations with a hunter mentality.
5 years Organized with attention to details, willingness to operate in different roles, flexible, thinks outside of the box, and resourceful (Team Player)
5 years Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Word, Outlook) and the Internet
2 years Must be able to provide references proving successful sales and marketing skills.
Bachelor’s Degree (Information Systems is Preferred)
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Good Listener, Customer Focused and Customer Centric.
Health Plan or Health Care Industry business acumen and expertise.
