What you’ll do
We’re looking for an account coordinator with a keen eye for detail to join our Client Services team. As the account coordinator, you’ll work with the team to manage plan implementation for new clients and service account issues for existing clients. In this role, travel may be required within New England outside of regular business hours to participate in benefit fairs.
In this role, you’ll also:
Produce and compile educational materials
Assist with completing required internal documents (i.e. the WIP form and summary of benefits)
Work closely with internal staff to communicate and resolve issues
Serve as the in-house client contact when the Account Executive/Account Manager is unavailable
The ideal candidate has:
The ability to travel within New England outside of regular business hours
One to two years’ related experience in the healthcare industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organization and communication skills
