SR PAID SEARCH SPECIALIST
SR Paid Search specialist will be responsible for managing and scaling paid search and shopping program to drive both acquisition and ecommerce growth. You will be the organization’s expert in optimizing paid search marketing and all the associated levers, including campaign structure, bidding strategy, conversion events, and quality scores.
Responsible for paid search marketing strategy & execution focused on ecommerce and lead generation
Responsible for defining keyword, audience and bidding strategy for PPC & shopping ads across Google and Bing
Monitor and manage budget and adjust bids to meet business goals and gain better ROI on an ongoing basis
Track KPIs to assess performance and report to management
Write concise copy for ads, including engaging CTAs, and utilize A/B test to drive program effectiveness and efficiency
Measure and optimize for KPI on an ongoing basis
Define the pixel requirements across multiple objectives and goals for analytics team
Evaluate landing page experience for third-party sites and define landing page requirements for lead generation and conversion rate optimization
3-4 years’ experience managing enterprise level ecommerce and lead acquisition focused program
Experience managing large scale campaign and budget across search
Performance marketing agency background preferred
SEO experience in addition to paid preferred
Strong presentation and account management skills
Strong understanding of Google Analytics
