CVS/Aetna transformation marketing is looking for a Strategic Marketing Advisor who is passionate about changing the healthcare landscape. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes multichannel marketing and is constantly inspired and excited by the ever-changing environment. CVS is uniquely positioned to bring their customer first approach to this space. Through tech and digital apps, we believe we can help users understand all their health measurements and use that info to help them be their most healthy selves. You will be responsible for development of strategic recommendations and programs/campaigns to drive adoption of products and services that will positively impact people who are looking to manage their diabetes, hypertension, and other conditions. This role is meant for a seasoned omni-channel marketer that knows how to turn user insights into user centric marketing and digital experiences. We’re looking for team members who are ready to go over and above with everything they make. This role is at the intersection of the user, product design and marketing. Being able to thrive and excel while working with highly dynamic, cross-functional teams is key to success. Responsibilities:• Develop B2C omni-channel acquisition, onboarding and engagement marketing strategies that evolve through on-going analysis• Compile briefs and work with creative agencies to support execution and implementation• Create personas based on marketing and user research that will help improve marketing and digital experiences• Make channel plans and contact strategies based on all available communication channels• Participate in UX/UI user testing and translate results into better marketing and app experiences• Develop competitive analysis to best position Attain in the market• Develop sales pitch materials to best support B2B go to market plans• Develop, execute, and monitor the marketing strategy and supporting activities

Required Qualifications

5 years+ of experience in strategic marketing or related field
