CVS Health Strategic Marketing Manager in Wellesley, Massachusetts
CVS Health is looking for a creative, strategic product marketer who is passionate about changing the healthcare landscape. We're looking for someone who is consumer centric and lives and breathes digital marketing. We want a trailblazer to inspire and lead.You will lead strategic recommendations and programs/campaigns to create 1st B2B sale and 2nd B2C adoption and ongoing engagement to our Attain app. Attain is a first-of-its-kind health experience. It combines your health history with your wearable activity to offer personalized goals, achievable actions, and big rewards. One of our highest priority projects is to expand this new consumer-facing technology to Android users in 2022 and CVS Specialty patients in 2023, ensuring healthcare can be more real-time and user motivated.This role is meant for a digital expert that knows how to turn user insights into great user centric marketing and digital experiences. Sitting at the intersection of the user, product design and marketing, this team excels working with dynamic teams who are co-located in Wellesley, MA.Responsibilities:• Create campaign goals, and briefs to support B2B and B2C implementation• Create ongoing surround sound engagement plans both in-app and off-app• Develop tailored content to help sales enablement promote and nurture current customers and prospect relationships throughout the sales cycle• Develop member content and campaigns that drive engagement, usage, and loyalty.• Develop targeted test and learn digital first acquisition strategies using 1:1 and broad-based marketing channels that evolves through ongoing analysis• Built a segmentation, positioning and messaging framework based on demographics, attitudes, behaviors, and LTV• Conceptualize and implement omni-channel CRM campaigns, for sustained engagement, churn intervention, and reactivation for a great customer experience• Design and participate in UX/UI user testing and market intelligence translating results and insight into new app experiences and features to bring the voice-of-the-customer to the forefront• Ensure the product development teams are working with data and insight-driven journeys that support the most valuable benefits and features to most valued members• Monitor campaign and produce monthly reports on acquisition, engagement, and retention, summarizing results and providing insights to senior leadership on how to enhance digital strategies• Provide expertise and direction for marketing solutions.• Implement and monitor influence content with outside voices and health and wellness experts
6+ years of progressive experience in marketing or related field

Health and wellness experience• Digital first mindset with web or app marketing experience• Experience in Product, Marketing, Brand Management, Agencies, or Consulting roles.• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or another related field• B2B and/or B2C experience• Acquisition and/or Engagement experience• Experience in program and vendor management.
