Dynamic, strategic product marketing Manager who has a passion for new technology and customer experience to reinvent the virtual healthcare experience and leverage direct to consumer strategies to execute integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns that drives awareness, adoption and ongoing consumer engagement.
Transformation Marketing is looking for an innovative Marketing Manager who is passionate about reinventing how we engage in healthcare outside the healthcare system – from telemedicine to virtual PCPs. This role is responsible for the development of strategic recommendations and programs/campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of new technology and services that will positively impact people who are looking to manage their everyday health needs, as well as chronic conditions.
This role is meant for a seasoned, omni-channel marketer that knows how to turn user insights into user-centric marketing and digital experiences, with a strong background in direct to consumer marketing, digital, and B2B. This role is at the intersection of the user, product design and marketing. Being able to thrive and excel alongside highly dynamic, cross-functional teams across all of CVS Health’s business units is critical to success.
Create campaign goals and objectives, and compile briefs to support execution and implementation
Develop omni-channel acquisition marketing strategies that evolve through ongoing analysis
Create personas based on marketing insights and user research that will help drive adoption and continued engagement
Make channel acquisition plans and DTC/B2B strategies based on all available communication channels
Participate in UX/UI user testing and translate results into better marketing and app experiences
Develop, execute and monitor the marketing strategy and supporting CRM activities for continued engagement

7+ years of progressive experience in marketing or related field, focused on marketing strategy/execution
Digital first mindset with web and/or app marketing experience
Experience in Product, Marketing, Brand Management, Agencies, or Consulting roles a must
Experience in program, project, and vendor management
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field, or related experience
Large scale retail marketing experience a plus but not required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Percent of Travel Required
