Here, colleagues work not only within our organization but across the CVS Health matrix, acting as one team to achieve our goals, deliver solutions and transform the future.As a Solution Strategy Director, you’ll be a key leader within the growing Clinical Trial Services team responsible for the development of targeted solutions across therapeutic area’s that meet client objectives and support business unit growth. What you’ll do:• Lead the design of studies valued over $1 million. • Partner with business development starting with client discovery sessions where they will clarify desired outcomes. • Collaborate with colleagues across Clinical, Data Science, Real World Evidence, Recruitment and Conduct to develop solutions that are feasible and best support client needs, and design optimal solutions.• Aligns with the BD Managers regarding objectives of customers and supports study development by working with clinical and or data science to determine the proper framework for studies. • Contribute to the CTS product strategy roadmap and development of new services. • Supports and guides BD Proposal Managers with responsibility for drafting proposals, and contributes to proposals in cooperation with Proposal Managers. • Lead, train and manage a team of two Solution Strategy Managers (SSMs)

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product, business development and/or consulting experience in healthcare, clinical trials, biopharma, or other similar related field• 5+ years of direct management of team members• 5+ years track record of partnership and influence at the senior level of organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies, patient recruitment and clinical trial conduct• Familiar with trends in RWE, such as programmatic studies and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR)• Ability to draft protocols, project briefs and statements of work


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
