Position Summary The Senior Manager - Product Strategy, Onsite Monetization will be energetic and a proactive problem solver. Responsible for the design and execution of our overall onsite monetization product offering for CVS's Retailer Media Platform, CVS Media Exchange (CMX).
CMX is a highly visible and anticipated initiative for CVS with aggressive growth goals over the next 3-5 years. CVS is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong digital strategy, product, technology, and customer first experience. The Senior Manager - Product Strategy, Onsite Monetization will work closely with our digital teams as well as CMX Marketing, Media, Sales, and Operations teams, and will report directly to the Director of Onsite Monetization for CMX. This person will drive product features through their entire lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis and iterations. They will build frameworks and generate insights to inform decisions around monetization of CVS.com. They will identify improvements to existing monetization products and propose new. The Senior Manager, Product Strategy, Onsite Monetization should have a strong intellectual curiosity and rigorous analytical experience. They should also have a proven track record of the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners in delivering financially positive results. They should be able to gather and write requirements for features, drive implementations, and identify/triage any potential issues that may arise. Required Qualifications
5+ years required experience as a Product Manager
3+ years experience with onsite monetization
3+ years of experience with agile framework and process
Highly detail-oriented
Self-starter, independent worker, and problem-solver
Collaborative spirit and disposition with internal and external constituencies
Strong communicator at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Ad Manager
Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap -- proven track record on delivering initiatives that increased revenue
Exceptional analytical skills where you can quantify both qualitative/quantitative data to make product and strategic decisions
Strong product intuition and UX design sensibilities, with a user centric mindset
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 yrs experience) Required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$86,700.00 - $187,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
