As a CVS Health colleague, you’ll be at the center of it all!The Senior Director of Digital Creative Design is responsible for leading the Digital Creative Design organization for the Aetna portfolio reports to the Executive Director of Marketing Operations.We are seeking a fun, energetic, experienced digital creative leader to join Aetna / CVS Health in-house Agency. You are responsible for leading the leaders of digital creative teams to elevate creative and digital strategies and products, deliver continually improving work and processes, and by doing so meet and exceed Aetna / CVS Health marketing and enterprise goals.Specifically, we are looking for an individual who:Own accountability for the inhouse Agency contribution and developing creative digital marketing and product solutions to help achieve business area growth and retention goals.Oversees the strategic creative digital representation and execution of the Brand including visual identity, voice, and experience ensuring deep understanding and alignment of consumer needs.Lead cross-functional teams in the design & development of best-in-class, human-centered, consumer-focused creative experiences delivered via web, mobile or emerging platforms. Leads from strategy definition, concept development, UX/Design through technical development to final delivery. Does this by analyzing and interpreting internal, market and competitor information. Identifies underlying drives of change and trends.Provide information or recommendations regarding creation, change or abandonment of a place, a product, or a marketing program.Fosters the adoption of agile methodology both in-house and within client organizations.Responsible for scope development, strategy, concepting, design, prototyping, user testing, and technical development for all XD product, accessibility / service design project work.Responsible for risk management and issue resolution.Lead, mentor and manage with a focus on fostering inspiration, learning, excellence, and accountability amongst a highly skilled team.Manage and mentor team members in best practice methodologies, including constructive challenging of assumptions. Fostering strong relationships across all Marketing to ensure partnerships are successful.Additional responsibilities include recruiting, team operations oversight, mentoring & performance evaluation of User Experience, UI / Digital Design & Creative Technologists staffing.Elevates, evangelizes, and educates the larger enterprise on the power of strategic creative thinking and the value of the Agency at Aetna / CVS Health
• 15+ years' experience across within in-house / external creative agency • 10+ years' experience leading teams• Fundamental understanding of strong marketing tools and processes-Adobe Creative Suite• Proven experience working in matrix organization; with strong ability to navigate complex organizations and engage diverse stakeholders via cross-collaboration• Ability to drive out-of-the-box thinking and the pursuit of opportunities that go beyond the obvious or accepted minimum solution
• Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing.• WorkFront experience• Experience with Agile Framework and prototyping tools• Demonstrated professional reputation for principled leadership through a collaborative management style that engenders deep loyalty and trust from clients, colleagues, and business partners.
