CVS Health Senior Digital Product Manager in Wellesley, Massachusetts

Job Description

The Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for developing digital products and driving new product capabilities from concept to successful deliver of the ecommerce transactional front store retail and pharmacy business. The expectation is that the leader in this role can translate business needs into innovative solutions, can work closely with our business team and other key business partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and translate these into product requirements. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders.Create a market-leading customer experience - Drive the definition, development and deployment of best-in-class capabilities that substantially enhance the consumer experience and address CVS’ strategic and financial objectives.Collaborate with technical teams to drive execution – Partner with project teams, vendors, development, analytics, systems specialists and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving products from inception to implementationBuild and communicate the vision - This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives.Help drive our digital strategy - Conduct product and competitive research to help shape long and short term strategy while providing quick and clear value add to the business.Successful candidates are expected to have strong background in managing technical products and be able to manage teams as well as contribute independently. Experience with data analysis and managing data assets is preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • 6- 8+ years of experience in product development or software engineering in a retail, healthcare, digital or regulated business setting (ideally using agile development methods to create/implement CRM, ESP, marketing cloud, or other personalization technology) with experience working on databases and cloud computing a plus. Experience in product development/management within a digital setting (ideally using agile development methods). * 6+ years of experience taking on end-to-end product ownership and successfully delivering results in a dynamic and complex environment. * 2+ years of Performance Management and Leadership experience.* 2+ years of experience with digital customer centric and user experience.* 2+ years of Agile experience, SAFe is preferred.* Able to work east coast hours* Able travel up to 25% for PI Planning in 2022.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in project management including managing multiple projects in various phases and balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution tasks. * Experience using quantitative skills with the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations. Experience with Pharmacy Ordering for mobile devices, desktops and web pages.* Full-Stack experience * Microservicess experience .

Education

*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
