CVS Health Senior CRM Marketing Specialist in Wellesley, Massachusetts
We have an immediate need for a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to help drive innovative, direct response programs that support our high growth year-round programs for those individuals turning 65 years old. This person will support the development of digital programs with a focus on email but will also help advance cross-channel initiatives via Paid Search, Programmatic and Social Media. Our ideal candidate is digital marketing-savvy, organized, efficient, motivated, detail oriented, clear and very comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a results-driven marketer with experience implementing direct-to-consumer (DTC) integrated campaigns preferably in highly regulated industries such as insurance or financial services and will:• Execute multi-channel digital strategies via Email, Paid Search, Programmatic and Social Media to maximize new member growth• Primarily support the Email Marketing Manager with email CRM projects from concept to launch• Develop a deep understanding of our consumer audiences, shopping behaviors and media consumption via CRM system to develop messaging that increases engagement and leads. • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions• Provide guidance on content design, testing and usage to strengthen data driven campaigns• Execute lead nurture programs and leverage 3rd party lists to generate leads and enrollments• Support quality assurance for all digital campaigns and leverage quality control checklists and procedures to ensure error-free campaign launch• Monitor email deliverability to purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs
• 5+ years of marketing experience supporting digital campaigns in general and in particular email campaigns with an understanding of email marketing platforms and ecosystems• Experience with email builds i.e. coding HTML/CSS for email design and email delivery infrastructure• Experience with campaign and project management tools • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality• Solid communication skills with the ability to motivate both external and internal team members and maximize production timelines.• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on importance, dependencies, size, scope and timeliness.• Motivated self-starter capable of taking initiative to negotiate tough situations• Worked with cross functional teams and have a proven reputation for being a great collaborator
