CVS Health Senior Analytics Consultant in Wellesley, Massachusetts

Job Description

Interpret, analyze and influence strategy related to campaign evaluation and iteration, including financial impact, marketing cost, multi-channel effectiveness, member experience, behavior change metrics, etc. Consult with internal clients across marketing, technology, and analytics to identify opportunities to implement scalable or automatic analytics solutions to business problems at an advanced level. Act as an analytic product owner translating business requirements into analytic products and solutions, and prioritize them for development team. Consult on the creation of analytic solutions that effectively weigh business and technical tradeoffs using an understanding of strategy as well as relevant big data environment capabilities. Collaborate with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop statistical analysis approaches, create dashboards or presentations to articulate results to a wide range of audiences and solve business problems. Design the report wireframe, lead and review the development work of junior analysts and developers.

Background Experience

Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or related field

Minimum two years of experience interpreting and analyzing marketing campaign effectiveness, A/B/N experiment evaluation, and ROI analysis. Working with experiment design, power analysis, and statistical significance. Experience with large-scale dataset in Hadoop environment using SQL and Hive; and creating end user reports and dashboards in Tableau; and Agile methodology a strong plus. Must also have project management experience.
