What you will do:The Director of Analytics Strategy and Execution role is at the center of where Advanced Analytics meets Business. You will engage with both business and technical executive leadership to identify areas where analytics can drive business value, frame business problems into analytic questions, and translate data into business impact. You will drive the analytics strategy from ideation to delivery and will own the process of how the team’s analytics/data science roadmap delivers business impact. You will act as a lynchpin across multiple teams within Enterprise Analytics to help maximize the value of data science and analytical products the Pharmacy Personalization team creates. The role will be directly responsible for:• Own the data science & analytics product roadmap, prioritization and delivery of use cases across the Pharmacy Growth and Personalization teams• Leveraging Design Thinking or other human-centric/solution-based approaches to help crystallize ambiguous business scenarios into clear use cases, problem statements and business impact• Evangelize team’s accomplishments with senior executives and identify changing priorities within overall enterprise to further orient the team’s direction• Building strong collaborative relationships across different Enterprise Analytics and business teams during high pressure/fast paced delivery cycles• Advocating for process enhancements and opportunities to improve our data, analytics tools and ML/analytics practices to enable the team be more efficient and meet their goals
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years, or Master’s with 5+ years in any of the following fieldsComputer Science, Data Science, Applied Math, Engineering, Operation Research, Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health or other related quantitative fields.Professional Experience includes the following areas:• Expertise delivering analytic & machine learning products, with a deep understanding of agile product delivery in an enterprise environment• Building and leading project teams in a matrix environment, managing cross functional teams • Experience working directly with data scientists & engineers and familiarity with machine learning and advanced analytics concepts• Expertise making data driven decisions and experience on measurement methodologies like A/B testing• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage the enterprise across multiple specializations with analytically backed compelling stories.
• MBA from top management institutions • Hands-on experience with analytical tools like Python, R, Tableau etc• Exposure to cutting edge advanced analytical & machine learning methods like deep learning, NLP etc.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Math, Engineering, Operation Research, Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health or other related quantitative fields.• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Math, Engineering, Operation Research, Statistics, Epidemiology, or other related quantitative fields or MBA
