CVS Health Digital Creative Design Director in Wellesley, Massachusetts

Job Description

We are looking for a fun and experienced digital creative leader to join the Aetna / CVS Health in-house Agency. You will lead the leaders of our digital creative teams and work with our partners to improve our creative and digital strategies and create outstanding marketing and product design solutions that exceed Aetna / CVS Health marketing and enterprise goals. You will report to the Digital Creative Design Senior Director on the InHouse Aetna Agency team.You will own and be accountable for the InHouse Agency's contributions to the creation of the broad range of creative digital marketing and product solutions we produce to allow the team to achieve its growth and retention goals.Lead teams in the design & development of excellent, consumer-focused creative experiences through web, mobile and new platforms while improving the processes by which they are created.You will oversee and make recommendations regarding the representation of the brand in all things digital – including the application of the visual identity, voice, and the consumer experience.Analyze internal, market and competitor information, identifying trends and customer insights, and then moving through strategy definition, concept development, UX/Design, and finally, technical development and final delivery.You will provide recommendations to clients regarding the wisdom of creating or changing of a place, a product, or a marketing program.Foster the use of agile methodology both in-house and within client organizations.Is well-versed in scope development, creative strategy expression, concepting, design, prototyping, user-testing, and technical development for all XD products and conversant with accessibility / service design project work.Risk management and issue resolution.Lead, mentor and manage with a focus on promoting inspiration, learning, excellence, and accountability amongst an experienced team.Additional responsibilities include recruiting, team operations oversight, mentoring & performance evaluation of User Experience, UI / Digital Design & Creative Technologists staffing.Elevate, evangelize, and educate the larger enterprise on the power of strategic creative thinking and the value of the Agency at Aetna / CVS Health

Required Qualifications

10+ years' experience across within in-house / external creative agency.5+ years' experience leading teams, managing and developing talent within in-house or external agencies. Experience navigating complex organizations and engage diverse partners.Experience with marketing tools and processesExperience with brand development and multichannel marketing.
