CVS Health Creative Director Digital Design in Wellesley, Massachusetts

Bring your heart to CVS Health. Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health. This purpose guides our commitment to deliver enhanced human-centric health care for a rapidly changing world. Anchored in our brand — with heart at its center — our purpose sends a personal message that how we deliver our services is just as important as what we deliver.

Our Heart At Work Behaviors™ support this purpose. We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable.

The Creative Director of Digital Design is a critical position at CVS Health, leading the team responsible for the creation of many of our major marketing communications initiatives, including Aetna.com, CVS.com, digital advertising, branded content and owned and paid social media. This individual will be one of the creative leaders in Heart Haus, the award-winning internal agency at CVS Health (and a finalist for In-House Agency of the Year in 2021 and 2022).

And now they are ready to work directly for a Fortune 5 client that demands that same level of creativity and innovation. The right candidate will also be an exceptional strategic thinker and capable of influencing at senior levels and with fellow creative team members. They should enjoy leading, inspiring, and mentoring creative staff at all levels. Retail or Health Care advertising chops would be a plus.

To be successful in this role the candidate should have a portfolio filled with innovative, with examples of both brand-building and sales driving work, as well as digital identity systems. There should be examples of video, complex sites, immersive digital experiences, social media, and branded content.
