Robert Half International Product Marketing Manager in Watertown, Massachusetts


In this role, you will serve as a key steward of our B2B value proposition, an evangelist for our Client's growing portfolio of education and care solutions, and an expert on the challenges and needs that their buyers face and their services help answer. You’ll need a strong background in product launches and communications, content creation, and market and competitive intelligence, along with confidence in making presentations and public speaking. And you’ll have ample opportunity to further hone all those skills while doing meaningful work in this key role.

  • Monitor trends shaping the employee benefits market and respond with new messaging, research, and campaign materials

  • Track market news on an ongoing basis, and share relevant industry and competitor developments with internal stakeholders

  • Author and collaborate on crisp and consistent messaging across the full spectrum of employer-facing media – including, but not limited to, website copy, video, email outreach, discussion guides, webinar and conference presentations, and sales decks

  • Present to, and facilitate conversions with, internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners

  • Develop campaign materials for digital and live events that yield measurable engagement with attendees in our addressable market

  • Co-manage and refine a library of presentations and client success stories that illustrate the value delivered by Client's services

  • Create positioning tools and launch communication plans for new and updated services

  • Direct and manage research initiatives that uncover new insights about our market and the potential impact of Client programs

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant BA/MS/MA degree

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the enterprise B2B space

  • Experience developing product collateral and messaging that directly supports marketing campaigns

  • Adept at managing tight timelines, competing priorities, and projects that span multiple departments

  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships internally and externally, including with client and partner organizations

  • Demonstrated success developing campaigns that measurably generate interest in a product or service

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Skilled public speaker, comfortable presenting to peers and external audiences

  • Analytical thinker, capable of assessing how marketing efforts contribute to opportunity creation and organizational growth
