Job Title: HVAC Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, controls, and exhaust equipment within a life science building across an entire campus. This role involves leading HVAC apprentices on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
Maintain, repair, and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, controls, and exhaust equipment.
Oversee the maintenance and operation of cooling towers, VAVs, and RTUs.
Provide high-level customer service and interact with end client personnel.
Lead and mentor HVAC apprentices.
Conduct troubleshooting on chillers and general maintenance tasks.
Perform electrical troubleshooting and service.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of HVAC experience with a MA Refrigeration license (license is not required but is a significant advantage).
8-10 years of HVAC experience without a license.
Experience in life science or pharmaceutical environments.
Experience with RTUs, VAVs, and cooling towers.
High level of customer service skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Troubleshooting experience on chillers.
General maintenance skills.
Electrical troubleshooting and service experience.

You will work at the Arsenal on the Charles Life Science campus, which includes 19 buildings totaling 2.5M sq. ft., with 1.5M sq. ft. in new construction.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $104000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
