Lionbridge has recently launched a new and innovative Partner Program, focused on expanding its ecosystem of Technology, Services and Developer Partners. The objectives of the Lionbridge Partner Program are to expand Lionbridge’s ability to meet customers’ language needs through new and innovative technology and workflow integrations and to accelerate revenue growth through partners.
With the rapid growth of Digital Transformation and Omnichannel Customer Experience solutions, the world’s top global companies are increasingly looking to ensure that these new capabilities are fully inclusive and accessible to all consumers and users, regardless of the language they speak. The Senior Manager, Lionbridge Partner Program will play a foundational role on the Lionbridge Partners team, including overseeing the Partner Program and Lionbridge’s newly created and Salesforce.com-based Partner Portal, supporting and enabling Partners working with Lionbridge sales representatives on new deals, and managing key partner relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years management experience with Partners and Channels programs
Can answer this question with confidence, “Do you have an understanding of the Content and CX technologies landscape and players?”
Proficient experience with Salesforce.com You know how to do just about (if not) everything within this platform as it pertains to this role.
