The Senior Specialist, Executive & Employee Communications, Global Sales, will play an important role on the Global Sales communications team to support the planning and execution of global integrated communications programs and events across the Global Sales organization.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Sales Communications and will be a critical member of ServiceNow’s broader Global Corporate Communications team.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders on the Global Sales communications team to manage day-to-day activities in support of our editorial program.

  • Write and edit communications such as intranet articles, video scripts, internal blogs, talking points, email newsletters, FAQs, executive messages, social media content, and organization announcements that promote leaders and key initiatives.

  • Provide communications and logistics support for global all hands, fireside chats, ask-me-anything sessions, and other business meetings. This includes preparing PowerPoint slides, handling event invitations, speaker prep, moderating/managing Zoom production on day of event, and feedback reporting.

  • Manage Global Sales email distribution lists and mailbox activity.

  • Manage editorial calendar and support the design and creation of visual assets and templates that can be used across a variety of media and channels; manage external vendors as needed.

  • Manage team reporting and tracking.

  • Provide support on additional projects, as needed.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a relevant field.

  • 5 years working in corporate communications; specific knowledge and experience in the software market is favorable but not required.

  • Exceptionally strong writing and editing capabilities, especially while working under tight deadlines.

  • Strong project management experience; ability to manage and complete multiple projects efficiently and effectively in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment while navigating sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.

  • Must have experience using image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva), email marketing tools, and web content management systems

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word are required.

  • Video editing skills are a plus.
