About the position:

As a the lead for Retirement Digital Engagement, this position will be thinking through enabling acquisition, retention and deepening with our plan participants by driving toward the ideal state for how we deliver the Enterprise to our retirement plan participants. This individual will partner with the RPWS LOB and our Data, Digital, and Global Marketing horizontals to drive Digital audience engagement for Institutional Retirement. The pipeline of efforts for this team includes managing and prioritizing enhancements to our client-facing capabilities, testing various approaches to drive engagement, and collaborating on the framework needed to understand current engagement opportunities

  • You enjoy and find success driving consensus across functional teams (technology, digital, legal, risk, compliance, client facing channels, marketing).

  • You have the unique ability to get into the details and work through challenging problems, but are able to communicate across the organization at varying executive levels regarding your vision.

  • You're willing to dive into issues and have the insight to fix the current problem and think through preventing the issue in the future.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years digital experience and a strong understanding of brokerage capabilities

  • 7+ years as Product Manager, Business/Systems Analyst, or Project Manager

  • 7+ years experience in financial services

  • Polished executive communication skills and presence.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to positively influence peer group and cross-functional team members.

  • Results-driven and able to succeed in a challenging, fast paced, changing environment.

  • Proven leadership, initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness.

  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

  • Excellent computer skills

  • BS or BA required

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with banking and investing products, ideally within Bank of America

  • Strong understanding of the Consumer and Preferred Segment organization and priorities

  • Experience developing comprehensive business requirements

  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies of project management

  • MBA
