This is position is part of the newly established strategic sales operations process and systems team whose mission is to implement and support a best in class sales operation. This position will play a central role in the delivery of a wide range of highly cross-functional initiatives. With accountability for ensuring programs are delivered successfully, this role requires someone with a combination of strong skills in program and project management, collaboration, and communication.

As an experienced project manager, you will advocate for your business partners while managing work with IT to align with the departments’objectives. Finally, you will bring your exceptional organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all elements required to successfully deliver various types of strategic programs.

  • Maintain a repeatableand scalableproject management framework to ensure successful delivery.

  • Serve as the central point of contact, maintain status,and provide visibility into programs and projects.

  • Develop strong cross functional relationships and foster team collaboration.

  • Create and maintain all program artifacts, including project plans, product requirements, status reports, agendas, meeting notes, process flows,and required deliverables.

  • Communicate effectively at both the executive and team level to report status and ensure consistent messaging and appropriate escalation.

  • Continuously improve program management processes to fulfill organizational needs and capture best practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ yearsofexperiencemanaging multiple, cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects.PMP certification a plus. Experience working with Slack, Confluence, JIRA,Asana, andExcelpreferred.

  • Experience in a sales operations role a plus.Experience working with Salesforce, CPQ, Clari, CallidusCloud, and Marketo preferred.Salesforce Administrator certification a plus.

  • Experience as a change leader, a strong executor.Excellentpartnering,interpersonal,andcollaborationskills with a can do attitude.Consulting experience a plus.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology related area is required.
