job summary:
Randstad is partnering with a bank to find a permanent Product Manager with a hybrid schedule. The Product Manager will be part of the Digital Team and will focus on Commercial and Small Business Cash Management Products. This person's responsibilities include managing their products to ensure they meet customer's needs, developing a product road map, defining product strategy and implementing new features and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of product management experience within banking/treasury. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, and requires working onsite in the Greater Boston area 2 days/week.

responsibilities:
-Act as subject matter expert on assigned cash management products
-Define a product roadmap and strategy for assigned cash management products by leveraging market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research
-Focus on product enhancements and launch new products as needed to meet the product road map
-Partner across the organization to understand product/service demand for your product and related requirements
-Evaluate new and existing product opportunities and brings forward proposals for products to optimize and expand the banks offering
-Manage product roll outs from start to finish
-Regularly review and re-evaluate competitive landscape comparing features, pricing, design, and overall competitiveness
-Create and maintain product material such as procedures, user guides, customer communications and marketing materials
-Developed and conduct product training as needed. Build critical partnerships with key business lines (Cash Management, Retail Operations, Small Business Development Officers, Risk, IT) and provide product expertise as needed
-Drive adoption of owned cash management products across the commercial and small business portfolio
-Measure and review product revenue and profitability on an ongoing basis. Partner with Risk, compliance, and other areas to ensure products adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements
