Picture Yourself at Pega:
You will be joining the 1:1 Customer Engagement Alliance and help us continue to build our marketing content authoring and Next-Best-Action capabilities. You will help extend our capabilities around treatment (email, SMS, push) authoring, validation, and testing. You will work closely with other product managers and stakeholders to understand customer needs, refine solutions, and help bring these new products and capabilities to market.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Help translate market needs, customer requests and strategic goals into clearly defined product vision and functional requirements
Work as a Product Manager as part of our Agile Scrum development methodology
Partner with product development to communicate product requirements and determine viable development strategies, deliverables, and release dates
Work directly with Product Designers, and Engineers to assist in the design and development of new differentiated features while maintaining a rich product backlog for your product area.
Work with Sales and Marketing organizations to ensure the business value of new product features are demonstrable with minimal configuration. Ensure teams have a deep understanding of new features, key differentiators
Who You Are:
The successful candidate will have experience in marketing operations and customer engagement management, some exposure to Product Management, and a basic understanding of software design. You are technically curious and able to learn how the Customer Decision Hub and the Pega platform works. You are looking to work within a culture that values urgency and teamwork in a collegial and supportive environment. You are motivated to learn about new technology, and willing to ask for help when you need it.
What You've Accomplished:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of overall experience, in which at least 2 years of Product Management exposure working on a modern digital customer focused application, and additionally with at least 2 years in a technical role and being hands on with software develoment
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, and cross-functional environment
Willing and able to be hands on with the technology, you will be an expert at using the software you build
Experience communicating with sales teams, customers, prospects, analysts, and internal management
Analytical skills, attention to detail, and an overall “can-do” attitude
Solid understanding of basic software design principles, best practices, and dependencies
