About the TeamThe Product Management and design team works closely with all parts of the organization; interacting directly with Customers, Engineering, Technical Ops, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Professional Services, and Sales. Responsibilities

  • Own intelligent data services across our product portfolio

  • Build the right scalable and flexible data platform to empower Intralinks to effectively collect, store, analyze, and curate data for Machine Learning. This includes defining roadmaps, planning, and execution.

  • Proactively identify use cases from multiple offering teams, internal & customers and define feature requirements and product specs.

  • Work cross-functionally to establish roadmaps, processes, and feedback loops to continuously improve products

  • Drive proactive analysis to identify opportunities to leverage data integration and analytics in support of Go-to-Market needs

  • Use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations and drive actions

  • Bring awareness and understanding of the data integration and analytics needs of Intralinks’ customers and end-users to the maintenance and prioritization

  • Partner with product designers to deliver meaningful and delightful customer experience while solving real customer problems

  • Work with world-class engineers & our customers to execute on the strategy

  • Validate and refine requirements with selected prospects and stakeholders to ensure marketability

  • Consider getting the job done a personal responsibility

  • Define agile epics and stories that are actionable by architects, development, and quality

  • Work closely with product marketing, Sales and Services on defining and executing GTM strategy

Required qualifications

  • BS Computer Science or related field, MBA a plus

  • 10+ years of product management experience, preferably within financial services or enterprise software space

  • Proven experience with agile methodologies

  • Successful track record of working with global and geographically distributed teams

  • Strong business strategy and technical acumen

  • Experience working in with early stage technology and early adopter customers

  • Strong public speaking skills

  • Experience with design thinking is a big plus
